- Welcome bonus from C$5
- Interac e-Transfer from C$5
The C$10 minimum you see quoted is real, but only if you pay in Litecoin or Bitcoin. Interac players start at C$30, and the paperwork behind the brand doesn't fully agree with itself.

Two reviewers can look at the same King Billy cashier and write down different minimums. One says C$10. The other says C$30. Both are right, and the gap between them is the whole point of this King Billy casino review.
The C$10 floor applies to crypto only: Litecoin from roughly 0.01 LTC, Bitcoin from 0.0002 BTC. Every other route in, including Interac, starts at C$30, according to CasinoCanada's payment table from August 2026. If you came here from our C$10 casino rankings hoping to send ten dollars by e-Transfer, this is not the place.
| Method | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Payout time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Litecoin / Bitcoin | About C$10 | Check site | Instant |
| Interac | C$30 | C$30 | 1 to 3 days |
| Flexepin | C$30 | C$30 | 1 to 3 days |
| Visa / Mastercard | C$30 | n/a | n/a |
| Bank transfer | Withdrawals only | C$300 | 2 to 7 days |
One detail complicates the withdrawal column. Gambling.com lists a C$60 minimum cash-out where CasinoCanada says C$30. We have not been able to settle it, so assume the higher figure until the cashier tells you otherwise.
Skrill, Neteller and (for deposits, per AskGamblers) Apple Pay are also on the menu. ETH and USDT round out the crypto list.
The C$10 route assumes you already hold coins. Buying C$10 of Litecoin from scratch means an exchange account, its own ID check and its own fees, plus a network fee to move the coins to the casino. On an amount this small those costs can eat a noticeable slice of your deposit. Litecoin is the sensible pick here because its transfer fees are usually tiny and confirmations are quick.
Send a test amount first, and copy the deposit address from the cashier every time rather than reusing an old one. A wrong network or a mistyped address is money gone for good.
King Billy asks you to wager every deposit three times before you can withdraw it. This applies even when you decline the bonus. Plenty of players only learn this when the cash-out button refuses them.
Here is how it lands at the two price points.
C$10 in Litecoin, no bonus. You must place C$30 in bets before withdrawing. At C$0.25 a spin, that is 120 spins. Not painful, and since you have no bonus, nothing else is locked.
C$30 by Interac with the welcome. The turnover rule asks for C$90 on the deposit. The welcome adds a 100% match, so C$30 of bonus, with 30x wagering. If that 30x is applied to the bonus alone, you are looking at C$900 in bets; if the terms count deposit plus bonus, it doubles to C$1,800. The page we checked did not say which, so ask live chat and screenshot the answer.
At C$0.30 a spin, C$900 is 3,000 spins. Thirty-times wagering is lower than most offshore casinos ask (45x is common), but on a C$30 budget it is still a long haul.
This is where King Billy gets uncomfortable. CasinoCanada and gambling.com name the operator as Dama N.V., licensed in Curaçao under OGL/2023/174/0082. AskGamblers, in a 2026 update, names Novatrix SRL and a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, number 0000002.
Brands do change hands, and sometimes the footer lags behind. But a casino should be able to tell you plainly who holds your money. Before depositing, scroll to the bottom of the site and read the licence block yourself; if it names a body you do not recognise, that is information too.
The brand dates from 2017. It is closed to Ontario, which runs its own regulated market, and Alberta, regulated since 13 July 2026, is usually excluded by offshore operators, so check the terms if you live there.
CasinoCanada (August 2026) shows a 100% bonus up to C$3,000 plus 300 free spins, with the code WELCOME2 displayed. Gambling.com's Canadian page shows up to C$2,500 plus 250 spins over four deposits. Both agree on a C$30 minimum and 30x wagering. Affiliate codes often produce slightly different packages, which is the likeliest explanation.
The recurring promotions are more interesting for a small player than the headline:
There is also a no-deposit offer of 50 spins on The Great Clawsby, but it is an affiliate exclusive from another site (50x, C$50 max cash-out, not Ontario). You will not find it in the lobby on your own. If spins without a deposit are your goal, our C$10 free spins page covers better-documented options.
Counts vary from 5,000 titles (gambling.com) to over 14,000 (AskGamblers), with more than 180 jackpots. The live section has 400+ tables from Evolution and others, which is where King Billy makes the most sense for someone playing small stakes at a dealer table; our low-stakes live casino guide explains which table types start lowest.
There is no iOS app; iPhone users play in Safari. Android players can grab an APK from the official site, not from Google Play. Install it only from King Billy's own domain.
Expect to upload ID, proof of address, proof of age and proof that the payment method is yours before the first withdrawal. Checks were usually handled within 24 hours. Crypto payouts are instant once approved; Interac and Flexepin take one to three days.
Live chat is open 24/7 but opens with an AI bot, and CasinoCanada criticised weekend coverage. Email goes to [email protected]. There is no phone line.
Only for crypto holders. If you already keep a little LTC in a wallet, C$10 gets you in, the 3x turnover is a minor hurdle, and payouts come back instantly. For Interac users King Billy is a C$30 casino with a fair 30x bonus, generous cashback and an ownership question we would want answered first. Interac players who really want to start at ten dollars will be happier at one of our C$10 Interac casinos. Crypto players comparing options should also read our BC.Game review: same instant payouts, and there the C$10 deposit actually earns a bonus. The full field is on our casino reviews hub.
