Rich Royal Casino review: our lowest score, explained

Rich Royal gets 3.2 out of 5. No casino in our rankings scores lower, and it once sat among the featured brands on this site's home page. That deserves a full explanation rather than a quiet removal.

Short version: Rich Royal is not a ten-dollar casino, its licence offers little protection, and its bonus terms are among the hardest we have read this year. It does have one real strength, which we cover too.

No C$10 door, and no Canadian figure at all

AskGamblers and LCB both quote a minimum deposit of 20 EUR or USD. Neither publishes a Canadian-dollar amount, and neither gives an Interac minimum, even though both list Interac and CAD accounts. At current rates, 20 euros is roughly C$30.

We could not check the cashier ourselves: richroyal.com blocked our connection, and we have not been able to confirm on an operator page that this is even the official domain. So the honest answer to "can I deposit C$10 at Rich Royal?" is: nothing we found says you can, and everything we found says the floor is about three times that.

A Costa Rica licence and a 5.3 safety index

Rich Royal launched in 2025 and is run by Luxinero Group, which LCB links to Boomerang, ZotaBet, BetiBet, Lamabet and Win Rolla. Its licence comes from Costa Rica.

That last detail matters. Costa Rica has no dedicated online gambling regulator; operators based there typically rely on a general business registration, and there is no official body a player can take a dispute to. Compared with the Anjouan, Curaçao and Tobique licences held by other casinos on our list, it is the weakest set-up we review.

casino.guru gives Rich Royal a safety index of 5.3, which on its scale lands in the lower-middle band, and search results show at least one unresolved withdrawal complaint. We could not open casino.guru directly, so we report the figure as we found it in its listings.

No source says whether Ontario residents are accepted. Offshore casinos normally exclude Ontario, and Alberta too since its regulated market opened on 13 July 2026, but here even that is an assumption.

The scorecard

50x on deposit plus bonus, worked out

The welcome adds up to €7,500 and 225 free spins over four deposits: 100% up to 1,000, then 75% up to 1,500, 50% up to 2,000 and 50% up to 3,000. Spins are spread across the package and carry 40x. Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify.

Take the smallest first-deposit claim. Deposit €20, receive €20. Wagering of 50x applies to both, so you must bet €40 x 50 = €2,000 before withdrawing.

For comparison, the same €40 under the 35x deposit-plus-bonus terms used by Lanista and its sister brands would need €1,400. Rich Royal asks for €600 more in bets on the same money. At €0.40 a spin, that is 1,500 extra spins, every one of them carrying the house edge. Most balances will not get there.

Our advice is blunt. If you play here at all, refuse the welcome.

€500 a day, and nothing at weekends

Withdrawal minimums run from about 10 to 20 EUR/USD depending on the method. At VIP level 1, you can take out €500 per transaction and per day, and €7,000 a month; level 5 raises the monthly ceiling to €75,000. E-wallets pay within 24 hours, cards and bank transfers in three to seven days, and nothing is processed at weekends.

Here is what that looks like in practice. Say you hit €1,800 on a Friday night. Saturday and Sunday bring nothing. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday release €500 each, and the last €300 goes out on Thursday, assuming verification is already done. If it is not, LCB says KYC alone can take up to 10 business days. That is how a lucky Friday turns into a three-week wait.

Documents accepted are an ID card, passport or driver's licence. Player complaints about slow checks and delayed payouts turn up in several places, so send yours early.

What Rich Royal does well

The live casino. More than 600 live games from Evolution, Ezugi and BetGames is a stronger line-up than most casinos on our list can offer, and the wider library draws on over 100 providers. A sportsbook is included. The old version of this site credited Rich Royal with more than 9,000 slots; we could not confirm that number and have dropped it.

There is also live cashback of up to €200 a week, plus weekly cashback of 5% to 15% (up to €3,000) by VIP level. CAD amounts for both were not published.

The site runs in 12 languages, French included, and support is available by 24/7 chat and email. On mobile, AskGamblers says there is no app and play happens in the browser, while LCB marks an app as available. Expect the browser version and treat an app as a bonus.

Who might still open an account

A player who mainly wants Evolution live tables, deposits well above €20 and never claims bonuses could get something out of Rich Royal. That is a small audience.
